Jooan 720p IP Camera Review

Pros:
- Excellent outdoor ready build quality with solid metal body
- Decent image quality at night
Cons:
- Some of the worst software I’ve ever experienced
- Very limited field of view
- Nearly impossible to get the camera to connect to the computer
- The software could not find the camera, and when it finally did it would not connect for an inexplicable reason
- After the camera FINALLY connected, the software was unable to control basic things such as day/night, scheduled recording, etc.
- Software constantly froze, lagged and corrupted recorded files
- Security concerns with inability to set camera password
Conclusion: Jooan has a decent camera with the 703KRA-T, but it is hampered by the useless included software. There are some significant hurdles to jump to even get this camera connected to your computer network. If you’ll be using your own DVR suite, you may be able to get this camera to work, but buy at your own risk.

I bought 3of these and have spent over 3 weeks setting them up. Only got 1 working. Not even wirelessly . I am about to smack my head to the wall. Lol. The software is the issue.
