What I Like:

No more fumbling with which way the cable fits
Both ends of the cable are reversible
No problems with data transfer or charging due to the reversible ends
Full 2A charging speed

What I Don’t Like:

Connectors are far too tight and are finicky
Doesn’t fit in some devices

Conclusion: This cable is a great idea and goes to show what the micro USB connector should have been. A few issues with the execution mean I’m not yet ready to replace my other micro USB cables just yet. My main issue is with the tightness of the connector on the micro end. It’s just too tight! I get that for the connection to hold solid it has to be this way and that micro was never designed to be reversed like this, but unfortunately it’s so tight I’m worried about damaging my device. Instead of fumbling to find the right direction, with this cable I find myself fumbling to just get it in at all. The micro end is a little bit finicky too. I find that wiggling it can cause random disconnects. This is a huge disappointment as I was ready to give up all my other cables and simplify my life. That being said, once connected the cable does work well, charging my device at 2A and transferring data at standard speeds so long as I did not move the device too much. Overall, I’m disappointed that this cable didn’t fit my devices better. The idea is great and I wanted to love it, but while it’s a great idea it isn’t perfect.
